Return & Refund Policies

Returns


Thank you for shopping at High Thyme FARMacy. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply send it back to us for a full refund minus shipping costs. You have 30 days to return an item from the date you received it. Due to the nature of natural personal care products, we cannot accept for exchange items that have been opened, handled, cut, or used.


Return Process


To return an item, place the item securely in its original packaging and mail your return, along with the receipt or proof of purchase to the following address:

Refunds


Once we receive your returned item(s), we will immediately initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). Please allow at least 7 days from the receipt of your item to process your return. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.


Shipping


You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
