Grown & Harvested on Our Tennessee Farm

The Comfrey in our salve begins right here at High Thyme FARMacy.

We grow and tend our own Comfrey on our Tennessee herb farm, harvesting the leaves ourselves when the plants are lush and thriving. The freshly gathered leaves are carefully dried before being infused into olive oil.

We allow the herb to slowly infuse into the oil rather than rushing the process. Once the infusion is ready, we strain the botanical oil and blend it with beeswax to create a smooth, rich salve that softens easily against the warmth of your skin.

From growing the Comfrey to harvesting the leaves, creating the herbal infusion, and pouring the finished salve, we handle the process ourselves in small batches.

That's the kind of herbal skincare we believe in: simple ingredients, traditional methods, and plants grown close to home.

Each salve is packaged in a 2-ounce reusable metal tin and includes a small cosmetic spatula/spoon.

Using the included spatula makes it easy to scoop out just the amount you need while helping keep fingers, and the everyday dirt and bacteria they can carry, out of your salve.

To Use: Using the included cosmetic spatula, scoop out a small amount of salve and apply topically to the desired area. Massage gently into the skin until distributed. A little goes a long way, so begin with a small amount and add more as needed.

For external use only. Do not ingest. Use on intact skin only and avoid contact with eyes. Discontinue use if irritation occurs.
