How to Use:

1. Start with clean skin. Apply a few drops of facial oil so the tools glide comfortably.
2. Roller: Use light pressure, rolling from the center of the face outward. Use the smaller end gently beneath the eyes, staying along the orbital bone.
3. Gua Sha: Hold the tool nearly flat against the skin. Glide gently from the center outward along the cheeks and jawline, supporting the skin with your other hand.
4. Spend a few minutes massaging as desired. Avoid tugging, pressing hard, or repeatedly working the same area.

For extra cooling, refrigerate the tools before use. Do not freeze.
