** Our cosmetic products are not FDA tested drugs and we cannot make any medical claims about them. High Thyme FARMacy can still create custom soaps or body products with ingredients that are thought to help with certain skin conditions while making no guarantees they will.

  • What are your business hours?

    Our Online Apothecary Shop operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We are dedicated to making sure our customers are always happy.

  • Where are you located?

    We currently do not have a retail location. We sell all our products in our Online Apothecary Shoppe.


    We do allow for pre-arranged pick-up or meet-up for our local customers in and around the Knoxville/East Tennessee areas. Please call 615-500-3471 prior to ordering.


  • Do you offer international shipping?

    Unfortunately, we currently only ship to the United States. 


  • Do your products have a shelf life?

    All our products are handmade with natural ingredients. We try to minimize the number of preservatives we use in our products. This unfortunately means they do have a limited shelf life. We guarantee our products for one year from the purchase date. Please keep in mind the aroma of certain essential oils and colorants will diminish over time once exposed to air. 


    For a longer storage, store products in a cool, dry place. Avoid excessive heat or exposure to direct sunlight. The last thing you want is for your skincare products to lose their effectiveness prior to their expiration date. This can happen if you store your product(s) in an environment which is not favorable to the ingredients. Opened skincare products are highly susceptible to contaminants and bacteria which end up affecting the potency and eventually lessening the shelf life of the product.

  • What type of payment methods do you accept?

    High Thyme FARMacy accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and PayPal. We also accept cash for pre-arranged pick-ups or meet-ups.


    PayPal currently does not permit the use of their payments platform for the sale of products containing Cannabidiol (CBD).  


  • Can I get a full refund?

    We want you to be 100% satisfied with our products. However, if for any reason, you are not completely satisfied, let us know. We'll do our best to make it right for you. 

  • I can’t find my original receipt. What should I do?

    No worries! If you run into an issue with your order, please reach out. Your satisfaction is our goal.
