Our story

Welcome to High Thyme FARMacy, our home-based online herbal apothecary/soapothecary and esthetishop, operating from our herb farm & apiary located in the northwestern base of the Great Smoky Mountains.

We (Lynnette, and her husband of 14 years, Mike) are fanatic followers of the Grateful Dead (i.e., “Deadheads”), avid gardeners, aspiring herbalists, bee whisperers, and citizen scientists. Our love for each other, our love of growing and using fresh herbs, and our love of soap-making (born out necessity) transformed into High Thyme FARMacy in May of 2021. 

High Thyme FARMacy began out of a desire to help other people who, like us, just want to return to a simple, more natural way of living. We believe in the Law of Karma – that if we give what we can, we shall receive what we need.
