How It Works:

- Ship them to High Thyme FARMacy HQ.
- Get rewarded with a free gift in your next order!
✅ What We Accept
- Any size glass jars or bottles
- Any size plastic jars or bottles
- Any size metal tins
❌ What We Can’t Accept
- Essential oil bottles
- Goat’s milk lotion bottles
- Lip balm tubes
- Containers from other brands (we carry several)
🔄 Our Reuse Process
Every returned container is thoroughly sanitized and safely reused in future production whenever possible. Even if we can’t reuse every part (like pumps, sprayers, or lids), your returns help us reduce waste and lower our environmental footprint.
🎁 Your Reward
For every package of empties you send back, you’ll receive a free gift - it might be a soap, lotion bar, or another handcrafted surprise.
📦 Shipping Your Returns
- Customers are responsible for shipping costs (at this stage).
- Tip: Save up a few empties before mailing to make it worth the trip!
- Include your name + order email in the package so we can make sure your gift gets to you.
