To use: First, wet your lips. Scoop out a little bit of Lip Scrub with your finger or the included spatula, and then gently rub it on your damp lips using small, circular finger motions for about 30 seconds before rinsing off with lukewarm water. Once you’ve scrubbed and wiped the dry skin away, you’ll find your lips soft, hydrated, and refreshed.
